尊敬的各位领导、老师：

大家下午好！我叫xx，原来在xx小学工作，近几年来一直从事小学英语的教学，今年因工作调动，调整到我们xx小学工作，我感到非常的高兴，同时，也非常感谢我们学校领导能给我这样一次展示自我、成就自我的机会。我今天我竞聘的岗位是三、四年级的英语教学。

首先我说一下自己的基本情况和工作业绩：我xx年毕业于xx师专数学系，后分配到xx中学从事数学教学，xx年开始改教初中英语，xx年因身体状况，调入小学从事小学英语教学至今，xx年自考大学本科毕业，xx年被评为中学一级教师。

自工作以来，我一直兢兢业业，勤奋工作，所教科目成绩一直据全镇前列，特别是近几年来从事小学英语教学，所教班级多次获得全镇第一名，个人也多次被评为镇教育先进工作者、优秀教师，区优秀教师，个人年考核优秀等次的荣誉称号，并有多篇论文在市级报纸发表。

下面我谈一下，我竞聘英语教师的几个优势和条件：

1。有良好的师德

我为人处事的原则是：老老实实做人，认认真真工作，开开心心生活。自己一贯注重个人品德素质的培养，努力做到尊重领导，团结同志，工作负责，办事公道 ……此处隐藏1541个字……h，it gives me a colorful dream.i hope i can travel around the world one day. with my good english，i can make friends with many people from different contries.i can see many places of great interests.i dream that i can go to london，because it is the birth place of english.

i also want to use my good english to introduce our great places to the english spoken people，i hope that they can love our country like us.

i know，rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hard study，one day i can speak english very well.

if you want to be loved，you should learn to love and be lovable. so i believe as i love english everyday，it will love me too.

i am sure that i will realize my dream one day！
